How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will be issued a tracking number. Enter the tracking number into the search engine or corresponding shipping company. They will provide a current status of your purchased items and arrival time estimation.

How do I cancel my order?

You may request a cancellation before the item has shipped.

Do we accept custom orders?

Stacey Define Artwork does accept custom orders. Contact us for more information regarding lead times and pricing

How long does it take before my order is shipped?

Canvas door hangers and garden flags are hand painted to order and will take one to two weeks to complete. Production for printed products is five business days.

What if the item is damaged during shipping?

If a product is damaged during shipping please contact us with a picture of the damage along with the order ID.

Where are the products created?

Every design is created by Stacey Define, located in Euless, Texas. The hand painted canvas
door hangers and garden flags are hand crafted by Stacey Define and a select few artist assistants. The printed products are designed by Stacey and printed by production partner located in Hendersonville, North Carolina.

What are the shipping fees?

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

What payment options are available?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, Matercard, Discover and American Express.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

We do offer quantity discounts. Please contact us for more information.

Is the productions/printing process eco-friendly?

The hand painted canvas door hangers are painted with water based exterior trim paint onto 100% cotton canvas.

Our print production partner uses water-based inks and utilizes the same colorant types as used in conventional textile screen printing processes. The inks they use are CA Prop 65 Compilant.

What shipping methods do you use?

We ship via USPS, UPS and FedEx.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted. Contact us within 14 days from item delivery. Ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Exceptions may apply. For more information about returns, go to the returns policy tab on the footer of the page.

Are taxes added at checkout?
